We were in a marvellous and unbeatable location just a short walk away from a grand theater. Besides, it was near to the theatre district of Buenos Aires called City Central, and theatres, tango shows, restaurants and public transportation...

I liked that the room was spacious, very clean and tidy,,. The location is excellent since you have everything at hand. It has a touch of the old hotel and you don't feel much noise. The chek-in was very quick and they explained everything without any problems.
The bad thing is that due to the availability of the rooms instead of having a big bed, they gave us a room with 3 single beds for 2 people. The water in the shower could not be regulated very well. You would get burnt or frozen, it was very difficult to regulate it. Also breakfast was supposed to be included but when we arrived at the hotel they told us that they don't offer breakfast included, but as a "courtesy of the hotel" they gave us a coffee with 2 croissants. If you want to have the option of the continental breakfast you have to pay 300 Argentine pesos per person. The other thing is that the staff of the Afternoon/Night Shift does not even greet you or look at you, they are very serious, very different from the morning shift, Mario and Nora, were very cordial and kind.

Very comfortable bed. Very big. Quiet air conditioning, perfect cooling. Quiet and very clean room, also very wide the room. Very central and perfect location near everything
Shampoo and conditioning should be done individually in small bottles and not by squeezing on the wall of the dispenser. The window of my room is in front of the huge 9 de Julio signs, then you should put insulfilm (black film) on the window glass and black out curtains to prevent light from entering the room. One other point is that I arrived at about 00:20. The doors were all closed, there was no information that the hotel was open, and that they were closing the main doors for security reasons. I almost didn't go to another hotel thinking it was closed. Luckily I insisted and saw that I had a bell to call reception.

Situated in an excellent location to see the sights of the city
Very disappointed that the Hotel did not charge me in US $$ in which I was quoted. They charged me in the local curreny and ended up charging me more than was quoted.
